The LTA STUDIO cannot accept responsibilty for any vocal injuries or loss of any personal property or damages.

CCTV is in operation in our studio to safe guard our teachers safety as well as your own.

All of our staff have Full DBS Enchanced Disclosures for working with children under the age of 16.

Terms & Conditions

Lessons:

In order for us to run LTA effectively & keep the coaches income stable & the studio thriving we do ask all of our students adhere to these terms & conditions.

All Lessons are booked in monthly, in advance.

When commiting to your lesson time slot that will be saved for you & payment will be due even if your unavailable.

Please arrive on time, if you are late your lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

Fees:

Lessons are invoiced monthly in advance & payment is due by the 1st of each month.

(Any late payments will incure a £25 late payment fee)

All payments must be paid online via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made full lesson fee will be charged.

(Medical Emergenies/Bereavement will not be charged).

Coach illness & cancellation:

If your coach is unwell your lessons will be covered by another LTA coach.

In the event a coach needs to fully cancel a lesson you will be refunded.

Privacy Safeguarding Information Notice:

This notice is designed to safeguard data privacy. Please be aware that you entered into a contract between yourself and The LTA STUDIO. In order to fulfil this contractual obligation THE LTA STUDIO will need to gather relevant data. In accordance with GDPR requirements please be assured that only necessary data will be collected to enable the fulfilment of the contract.

This incudes your name, address, telephone number and email address. To enable effective communicaton regarding the lessons purchased.

Your data will not be used for any other reason unless permission is expressly granted. You may withdraw consent and cease the processing at any stage. Please be assured that your data will then be erased unless express permisson to retain that data for another purpose is then given or has already been given on a previous ocassion. Please be aware however that data stored on an invoices will be retained securely to fufill HMRC regulations.
