With over 15 years as the Founder of LTA, I have built a career rooted in the entertainment industry, working across music, television and talent while building a reputation for ambition, creativity and delivering opportunities.
Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of being involved in some incredible projects, working alongside established industry professionals and experiencing first-hand what it takes to develop talent and turn ambition into reality.
LTA is the achievement I am most proud of. What began as a vision has grown through years of dedication, relationships, experience and an unwavering belief in creating opportunities. I am incredibly proud of everything I have built, everyone I have worked with and the journey that has brought LTA to where it is today.

Zara is our head voice coach @ LTA and has been trained by our CEO Lucy for over 10 years. She is also our Studio "Sound Tech" graduating University in 2025 with a BSC (Hons) in Music Technology.
Zara also leads our recording services @ LTA.
Recording , mixing and editing vocals alongside creating content on our LTA social platforms.
